Registration

If you had any issues with registration forms, registering under the correct name, or registering the correct number of students...not to worry. We are set to accommodate you and will certainly address any issues at registration. Just show up to the main entrance to Fieldhouse USA and enter the Direct Impact Golf “Members Entrance” to the right of the Fieldhouse doors.

Please note that a student must have a parent/guardian sign them in and out of camp every day.

Lunch

• If participating for Full-Day, lunch is included in the price.

• All students have the option to bring your own lunch, if you so choose.

• Sign-ups for lunch will be available at 'Check-In' on a daily basis. So, if you would like to bring a lunch one day but have the camp lunch on another day, that's fine! We will check with you every day at 'Check-In' to be sure you are set up for whatever lunch situation works best for you!

Menu

Entree: Turkey Sandwich | Grilled Cheese | PB&J | Cheese Pizza | Hot Dog | House Salad

Sides: Carrots & Ranch | String Cheese | Apple Sauce

Drink: Water | Juice box

*Please note, if you choose to purchase lunch through the camp, the kitchen will accommodate any allergy related food requests.*

What to Bring

• Please be sure to bring water bottles

• Golf clubs (if you have them)

• Direct Impact Golf is limited on the number of clubs we have to borrow so you may have to share

• Appropriate athletic attire

• Athletic shoes are required

• Golf shoes and basketball shoes are not required

• Please refrain from wearing sandals, slip ons, Crocs, or open toed shoes.

• A fun and positive attitude!

**Important Note: Behavioral and safety issues will not be tolerated and may be met with students being asked to not attend the remainder of their Summer Sports Camp Session or to attend another Summer Sports Camp Session in the future to try again. This is to help ensure the environment for the Summer Sports Camp remains one of proper etiquette, good work ethic, mutual respect, good sportsmanship, safety, learning, and fun.**
